Yes I eat every 2 hours all day! =) I feel like a pig but it is less cal (aprox 150-200 cal per meal) and 1 meal is about 300 cal.

Yes the gym where I go the machine already does that. It does an auto cool down when you press the button.

I eat a pkg of oatmeal called oat fit and no added sugar it is 100 cal and I get 5 pkg for $1.00 and I also have a piece of cheese or an egg with it for a total of 170 cal and I am pretty full.
