I missed my workout yesterday and feel bad! Also I'm going camping the next 3 days so I wont be gettin in the dvds, but i will be hiking for about 3 hours each day so hopefully i still get a nice burn. Oh and have a nice vacay!

Mostly a B+. If I do have a splurge day I go way over on calories, but usually on healthy stuff not processed junk. I rarely eat out, never have fast food, and I don't bring processed food into the house that much so...it's easier.

That takes so much strength not to cave and so much courage to share that feeling. I mindlessly eat when I am stressed and I also remind myslef of how far I have come to not give up. Sometimes I feel like I'm on the edge, but mostly I talk myself through it. Good job. Here's to you and making many more GOOD decisions!

Week 1 Day 6 for me tonight. I am not looking forward to it as I am so tired. But I have been sick and missed a bunch of days, so I got behind. I'm just going to pick up where I left off and hope for the best!
