McCormick sells these little recipe packets that come with the right amount of each seasoning and then if you like the recipe you keep the card buy the spices and make it again =) I just had the rosemary chicken baked this week and it was delicious, my husband loved it too

Amen! My goal weight is 105, I'm currently at 117 from a high of 133 but being 4'11 and having a sweet tooth from hell plus cravings for all things delicious (and unhealthy) I gain easy when I don't pay attention. I had a girl flip out on me a few weeks ago when I said I need to lose more

Girl I'm only 4'11 and 3/4 inches lol, 10 pounds on short people definitely makes a difference. If you look at my profile picture the left side I was probably about 130 and in the one on the right I was about 118. My face was one of the first places people noticed weight loss.
