If the tea I'm drinking has 0 calories, then I usually count it as water.

I usually have peanut butter with my toast for breakfast and again in the afternoon before my workout. I usually rely on it's calorie density to meet my daily calories requirement. The most healthy peanut butters are the ones with the least amount ingredients on the label (typically).

360 gamer here. These days, it's Call of Duty: Black Ops and, more recently, Brink (don't judge, it's fun!) with my bro online. For single player, it's dragon age series mass effect series bethesda rpgs I was heavily into GoW 2 when it first came out, but the game made me rage too much so I doubt I'll get GoW 3.

I just bought some Nature's Place Organic Creamy Peanut Butter - Natural Peanut Butter yesterday. I mostly purchased it due to the minimal (and recognizable) ingredients. It's pretty good as well confirmed by my 6yo daughter. :-)

Agreed. Try tracking your sodium in your foods in the Settings -> Diary Settings. I also try to drink the recommended amount of water. gl
