Yea! A new group! :) Let the fun begin!

I have two lab mixes and they both eat Blue Buffalo. Only different kinds since one has a sensitive stomach so he gets the Basics and my other dog gets the normal one.

Terrific job! I went through that as well. Being fit most of my life and then got lazy for a few years. Now back to being fit and actually more fit than ever. All the best to you!

It should start going back down tomorrow or so. I know for myself after a race the water retention peaks on Tues/Wed and then starts to subside. Especially races where I have to fly back home and all that sitting! Def drink plenty of water to help flush things along. Congrats again to you both on the 1/2!!! :)

4.7 - 5.0 mph, 8% incline for 30 - 60 min

So far the longest one I've done is 45 min. Hope that helps.

Awesome job! I am so, so, so proud of you!!!!!! :)

I don't drink soda anymore but I used to LOVE Cranberry Ginger Ale. It's been gone for years though. :(

I just made these. Here is the verdict on using PB2 - make it very thick! Otherwise it gets to runny to make into balls. Also I reduced the sugar and it was still to sweet for my taste so I would go even lighter on that. Oh and I also omitted the salt. Didn't need it, personal taste.

Just a picture of me after Goofy's Race and a Half Challenge at WDW w/Goofy and my fav Pluto! :)

If you live near a Target, check out the Clearance end caps in the electronics department. I found Polar FT4 (pink ones) on clearance for $65. They may go even lower if no one buys.

You seriously don't want my input here. LOL, I would do both. Either the 1/2 and Tink or the 1/2 and DL 1/2. Nothing wrong w/doing the Jan races one week apart. I do Goofy and turn around and do Tink the following week. It really isn't going to hurt. I think someone said that it's your boss who approves your vacation time…

I've been wearing Mizuno Wave Riders for 5 years now (new model every year, slightly changes each year). They work well for me. I can't do Asics but wish I could because they are so light. If you haven't already, visit a running store (not a sporting goods store) and get fitted. They will test your stride and give you some…

Lunges. Not because they hurt or anything. I just feel like I'm always doing them wrong even though I've had my form checked.

I drink it. I started about a year ago and drink it a few times a week. It really helped with my chocolate cravings. It is pricey but for me it was worth the cost. Also I don't use it to replace whole meals. I drink it for a snack or post workout if I'm in a hurry.

I'd be happy to support you on your journey. Feel free to add me if you'd like :)

This is where I buy mine as well. Yummy stuff! Also love the PB Thins! Taste like Peanut Butter cookies!

I've played the first two plus expansion. LOVE this game but that was many years ago when I had more free time. I will get this one eventually but not until it's been out a while and the kinks are worked out.

You look fantastic!!! Great job and cute bikini!

I'll be there for Goofy #4 :)

I do 1/2 and full marathon training on my treadmill. So 5 hours would be the longest. Typically no more than 1 to 1 1/2 hours though in general.

I make a banana minute muffin in the microwave. Basically it's 1/4 c oats, 1/4 cup egg whites, and one small banana mashed and mix together in a coffee mug. Microwave for 1 - 2 minutes and there ya go. You can substitute berries or raisins for the banana but if you do, add about 1 tbsp of skim milk or it will be to dry.

I started in April 2011 and reached my goal weight in Nov 2011. I lost 39lbs and over 28 inches! :) Happy to say I've kept it off and am still working out 6 days a week. MFP had me set at 1200 cals and I stayed around there most days. This was a lifestyle change for me. I had dieted and yo-yo'd in the past. No more. I eat…

I am in depending on when in June it's held. My parents are coming to visit in early June and I can't miss that. We haven't seen them in 4 years!!!

Many things....I'd invest, save, donate, etc. It's all been said. But the one thing I would splurge on is a house in Disney World's Golden Oak! To live ON Disney property 1/2 the year and here in So Cal the other 1/2. Now that would be awesome.

I was never into hairy guys. Not my thing. Met my husband when he was in his late 20's and he had just a little bit. BUT as he aged, he got more hairy (seriously!). He's still the hottest man in the world and I couldn't love anyone more than him. :) Guys - Rock who you are. If you want to shave it off, go for it. But never…

I wish mine did this. Mine runs way low. I checked it vs my treadmill HRM. I did one mile as fast as I could, 6:38 pace (during long runs I am way slower like 8:30 pace so that is fast for me, LOL). I was sucking wind by the time I was done. Treadmill HRM had me in the low 200's and that felt about right, Polar FT4 had me…

I started out as a walker. I did many 1/2 and several full marathons as a walker. Now that I've lost weight I am a runner and do my races running rather than walking. I say whatever gets you moving, that is the way to go. :)
