Ugh - Do you sweat more now?
Sorry totally gross question, but I have noticed ever since I started doing Turbo Fire I sweat so easily now. I'm drenched when I workout, when I run, etc. All that is expected. Need help w/protein

For those who eat beef, if you want to add lean beef to your diet, what do you add? I never really ate a lot of beef, mostly chicken and fish.
