  • My NSV was running/walking my fastest mile ever at 13:25 last night at the gym. I have never been a runner but I have never felt better and can't wait to continue on my goal weight journey.

  • I like to walk on my lunch break at work for a little metabolism boost mid day. I also go to the gym and alternate cardio, with treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike. I plan on starting weight lifting on the machines this week.

  • 4/21 205 Goal for the 10 weeks is at least 10 pounds, but I will be happy with any loss. Ultimate goal weight is 140lbs.
