  • I did the 30 DS from March 22nd-April 30th (each level for 10 days) and lost 8.5 lbs and 11 inches. I couldn't recommend the program more highly. Definitely take measurements and B&A pics - you can really see a difference in the pics that you might not notice in the mirror! Stick with it and you will have great results.

  • Ever heard of zig zagging your calories? You eat the same number of calories per week as you would normally, but you have high days and low days.   • I did each level for 10 days and so it took me from 3/22-4/30 to complete so that I could take some off days. I lost 8.5 lbs and 11 inches. Loved the program and couldn't recommend it more highly. JM gets super annoying, but if you are up for a challenge - this is a good one! Good luck!

  • It took me from 3/22-4/30 to complete. I tried to do it 5-6 days per week. I think as long as you do each level for 10 days and get it done in about a month and a half you are good. I lost 11" and 8.5 lbs. Good luck - it's a great workout!

  • I did 10 days per level, but did not do it for 30 days straight. I would take a day or two off every 5-6 days. I lost 11 inches and 8.5 lbs. Also did 3-5 days of cardio per week and I'm on a 1500 calorie diet. Good luck - you can get amazing results from this!

  • I think 5x7 would be a little to tight for the 30DS. Especially with level 2 when you are doing more planks and lunges. I am currently on Level 2 and it is kicking my butt!! I have definitely lost some weight and inches though so I will keep it up!
