30 Day Shred questions?

I'm 136 lbs currently, trying to lose those last few pounds and get down into the 120's in the next month or so for summer.
I've heard great things about 30 day shred and have attempted it a few times.
However, I never get past level 1, just because I was lazy.
So, if I start now and want to finish in 30 days, should I still do level 1 for the full ten days, even though I've done level 1 a lot before this? Or should I do 5 days of level 1 and then jump to level 2 or maybe add in extra stuff for the 10 days of level 1, like pilates or an ab routine?

I don't think you have to do level 1 for 10 days, you can move on as soon as you feel ready. If you haven't done it for while though, I'd start back on level 1 for a few days if I were you! In fact that's exactly what I'm gonna do as soon as my knee is better and I can get back into it again! :happy:0

I did each level for 10 days and so it took me from 3/22-4/30 to complete so that I could take some off days. I lost 8.5 lbs and 11 inches. Loved the program and couldn't recommend it more highly. JM gets super annoying, but if you are up for a challenge - this is a good one! Good luck!0

There's no hard and fast rule for it -- it's designed to be easily broken up into three groups of ten days.. but it's flexible enough so if you feel you need more time on one level or less time on another.. you can do it.
Suggest start with a couple of days of Level 1.. gauge your comfort level.. move up if you feel like you're ready.
Good luck!

The levels are there to work your way into the workout. If you start with level 2, the concept is still to do it for 30 days total no matter which level you start with.0

I think it just depends on what u can handle. I have a friend that does all 3 levels each day, while I'm still struggling to get thru lvl 1 after 8 days.0
