  • Im like you and have a hard time with water. When I talked to my Dr about this, she told me to try adding something to it. You can take lemon jusice and Equal sugar. Its lemonade, but still water. And what gets my 8+ glasses down a day is Crystal Light. Try this and you will have no problem making your water level.
