I have been on this diet for 2 weeks and have lost 10 pounds already. My son is 16 and he is on this with me and he has lost 15 pounds already. So far we are doing great and have support from my husband and daughter.

    Good luck! I used to work in a casino - must have said "Good Luck" a million times!

    Awesome work for your whole family. It is so helpful to have their support and I'll bet they are excited to start feeling healthier.
