I can so relate! I have 5 kids (8,6,5,3,1), and some days I end up binging or overeating due to stress. (Especially now as its school holidays). I like to try and get out of the house some days as if I'm not home, I can't do it. Not always easily done with kids tho!

I am breastfeeding my 18 month old. She feeds pretty frequently, probably at least 8 times in 24 hrs. I just estimate mine to be around 350. If I allow more than 500 calories for breastfeeding I gain weight.

Breakfast : homemade asian stirfry with egg, nuts and pork etc (huge serve, around 1000 calories) Snack : entire pack of rice.crackers.with 1/3 tub natural yoghurt Lunch: footlong seafood sub.with extra olives and pickles Snack: same as before Dinner: Three times as much meat as I needed. I am also wanting quick, family meals. I need meals that take 20 minutes or less to.produce... And that my four kids, plus my partnerwill eat. Most of the.time I cook roasted chicken and veg, grilled fish/lamb/pork with veg or salad.

Hi, I joined MFP yesterday. :) I have been trying to lose baby weight. I lost 16kg by calorie counting and have now joined MFP. I have an open diary. I am hoping to loose at least another 7kg. I definetly need the accountability, as I overeat frequently. I feel so hungry all the time, probably from breastfeeding...…
