gentle/compassionate support (ED survivor)

I haven't had friends on here for a long time and have kind of been on my own grind, but I feel ready to make connections and find support. I'm someone with an ED history so I'm not someone whose into the shame or force surrounding food/weight loss and I think that has prevented me from being more connected on here. Looking for other folks who want gentle/compassionate support and who are looking to have a healthy/sustainable relationship with their weight, bodies and food and not go any extreme routes! Feel free to add me or msg if you're looking for something similar.
