I weigh everything when I'm at home (habit from WW) to the point that my grandson wants to weigh his food...also I have found that with some of the routine foods that I eat, I am much better at eyeballing.... so for me it has really helped.

Yep, I go to work 2 hours early just to workout and take a long shower, it's free so I take full advantage.... so yep I'm that chick riding on the subway with a weekender rolling bag tripping people up on my way to work...lol

I have done Taebo and you definately don't need the bands to get a good workout, the bands are for the more advanced students... you are going to make me dust off my dvd this week... :laugh:

^^^^Yes I agree this is a great workout... I have a DVD and just recently started back using it... I actually started to feel a difference in my balance after doing it 3 times a week... Have fun!!!!
