I like to use freedieting.com to calculate my macros. It has a variety of different calculators, idk for sure if they have a keto specific one but I'd bet they have a low carb one. You just put in your stats and preferences and it calculates a calorie level and macro breakdown for you. It's not an exact science, obv but…

33yo momma to two, not making any drastic weight changes but here for motivation to be more consistent with workouts and eating well. I'd love some lady friends that are active on here, whatever your goals are, let's get at it and help each other out. I try to post some kind of food, progress pic, or just whatever I'm up…

Mine acts like there should be photos there, but the slots are just blank. I also don't think the ability to upload more progress photos is there anymore. I know some people on my friends list haven't been able to upload any for some time and are frustrated with it. I can still upload photos just to make a post on my wall,…

Knife, earplugs, phone, sunscreen, etc. Between the pack and my magnetic cupholder, I'm set for the day!

A few things that have worked best for me to stay consistent: 1. Meal prepping - not necessarily the lowest possible calorie recipes, but things I can easily portion that are filling. (taco meat and rice, chicken stir fry and quinoa, etc that I'll cook up a bunch that I can eat for lunch all week long) 2. Pack snacks that…

2lbs a week is a significant rate of loss. Your weight will fluctuate, go with overall trends you see in your weight ins from week to week. This is why I weigh every morning, so it's a more consistent measurement and I can see the overall way it's trending bc there's always a weird day here and there.

I wear a lifting belt when I do heavy deadlifts...

I mean, if you're not gonna do it...

As a fellow adhd-er (?) I absolutely think there's a lot of value in body doubling, where you get so much more accomplished when there is another person. Maybe you'd do better with a me sort of a life coach situation, where the focus is more on accountability than totally fitness focused, especially if you already have an…

34, momma to 2. Current mom bod in my mowing outfit 🤣 🚜 Anyone else love mowing the lawn? We've got over 5acres and like yes I would love to fix myself a beverage, put on some 2000 era punk, and drive around in circles by myself for a couple hours, thank you!

Sent you a request! Been here forever as well haha

Omg jealous! Seriously my dream workout! I swear I was born to row but I've never lived in an area where it was a feasible option on the regular 😩

Girl yes! Added you 🙂

Yum! Costco has their own Kirkland brand of mixed nut and seed butter, it's got almond, flax, cashew, all sorts, highly recommend.

Ooh girl 🙌🔥🥵

Two days in a row of training while not overdoing it. Pilates yesterday (a new adventure for me) and my trusty leg day/squats felt nice and solid today 🙌

Sent you a friend request. I'm in my 30s with 2 kiddos. It's tough out there, momma!

There are a lot of fitness people on YouTube that offer online coaching. There are a ton of bros out there but there's also a lot of certified trainers that use YouTube as a way to advertise their services, plus you get a feel for their style of training and can pick what feels like the best fit.

Hamstrings and glutes. For me they require the most focus bc they don't wanna activate, but when they do I feel so accomplished!

Canned wild salmon! I'll mix it up with a little bit of rice, some soy sauce and a bunch of Sriracha and eat it on roasted seaweed 🤤

I would if I were you. I don't track a lot anymore but even when I did and especially now, I'll have days where I'm just cruising and don't eat a ton, then I'll have days where my body just needs the extra food. When I was tracking religiously, I would also save up a few hundred calories from days here or there for a…

So much of the battle is mental, you've made great progress already!

Cutting down on the beer helps 😉 It doesn't have to be 3 meals a day, but consistency is the name of the game. Personally, I like to start with a schedule you already gravitate toward (3/4/5 meals a day, one big meal and a few snacks, intermittent fasting, whatev) and focus on keeping your calories consistent. Then it will…

Pretty simple, I enjoy my cup of coffee, sometimes I'll scroll my pinterest "inspiration" board, and start listening to my workout tunes to get in the mindset.

I have a chinese made watch that was $40, it works with my android phone and I really like it. I got it on Amazon, it's called the UMIDIGI uWatch3 GPS. It tracks steps, calories burned, heart rate, sleep, and you can control your music on your phone with it. It also displays text messages when they come in and the battery…

Set your calorie goal to what you want and then adjust your macro percentages until you get them as close as you can. You can't get any more precise with the free version.

Feel free to add me, I log pretty consistently, I'm in my mid thirties trying to drop about 20lbs 🙂
