Canned wild salmon! I'll mix it up with a little bit of rice, some soy sauce and a bunch of Sriracha and eat it on roasted seaweed 🤤

Fancy nut and seed butters. I got peanut but was not into it like I was at all! I love hemp, sunflower, almond, Cashew and tahini. I'm going to try a pumpkin seed I got and want to get macadamia nut and Brazil nut.1

DO report back! My next purchase will most likely be pumpkin seed too.0 -

I've had pumpkin seed butter and loved it. 88 acres gives out free samples. I've had watermelon seed too, which was super bitter like tahini (didn't like it).0 -

Yum! Costco has their own Kirkland brand of mixed nut and seed butter, it's got almond, flax, cashew, all sorts, highly recommend.0 -

Not avail. in my country but looked at the product and I wonder if their butters taste 'oily'(they add sunflower oil)? I recently purchased a sunflower seed butter that had sunflower oil added to it...I found it really oily - I then purchased another one with only roasted seeds and it's so so much better! Love the stuff:)2 -
I tried the Dastony sprouted pumpkin seed butter, its very good!! Tasty, not overly sweet

Thank you for letting us know! Pumpkin seeds and/or butters are hit and miss. Pistachio paste/butter is SOOOO good.... dangerously good! I don't have an image to post. Nutty Gourmet brand is very tasty! I also make my own!1 -
OK, I was obsessed with quark böllen (mini doughnut balls made with quark, sort of a cross between heavy and sour cream) until this morning
Behold the deliciousness of muesli rolls:
There’s muesli in the bread dough, and then the rolls are rolled in muesli before baking. There’s also whole nuts and raisins in them. They are light, crunchy, and out of this world.
I had no shame. I went back to the counter and ordered another. Second breakfast, lol.

PS: I’m going to the grocery to get some muesli before I head home.
I’m also hitting a grocery store in Holland on the drive back to the airport to get some hagel and a wheel of cheese. The wheel cheese makes awesome mac and cheese.
I came with cleaning and packing supplies. I’m leaving with groceries, lol.2 -

Oh nice!! Holland would be a wonderful place to see! Hope your time there was memorable!0 -
My favorite flavor zbar. They remind me of those quaker mini cinnamon rolls in a pouch I used to love as a kid. Warmed up for 8 seconds in microwave....yummm.1 -
My new favorite walden farms dressing. I think I may like this better than the honey Dijon. Great creamy slightly sweet onion flavor. Fantastic as a dip with veggies, chips, pretzels, chicken nuggets, etc.
My favorite walden farms dressings are this one, honey Dijon, Italian, bacon ranch, and balsamic.

Lentil Dahl, Boniato sweet potatoes, Okinawa Sweet potatoes and healthy starchy carbs in general! I have not included any in my diet a long time and because of some health concerns I added them in. I feel like I have an old friend back 🙂🥜🥔2

Jordan's Skinny Syrups. Now that I've realized these make FANTASTIC lite frozen desserts, it's like a whole new world opened to me.1

Ground Chicken and Ground Turkey. Sooooo many healthy recipes for both.0

SkinnyGirl Poppyseed dressing - sugar free and so flavorful. Trader Joe's Cruciferous Blends - shredded kale, broccoli, red cabbage, carrots, etc. The greens mixed with the Skinny Girl Poppyseed Dressing, some pepitas and low-sugar craisins - a truly filling salad that is more like dessert.3

Cherries.
When cherry season hits, I buy a big bag every week or two. I grab a few cherries several times a day.
Those are the only calories I don’t knowingly count.
They’re my little private “you go, girl” reward a few weeks of each year.3 -
Mine is just a simple smoothie. Every night. Vanilla whey protein powder, fruit, enough milk the blender will take the fruit, and lots of ice. Just the perfect thing on the 15th day of 100 plus degrees.

Super revitalizing! Watermelon, raw beet, monk fruit and water blended!
Watermelon contains citrulline which helps our bodies by converting into Arginine. Beets are a natural NO2 booster.
Basically giving yourself hydration, anti oxidants and natural way to increase oxygen utilization3 -
Nice to find a kombucha that is one 1 gram of sugar! This company also has a line of adaptogenic beverages too...I'll be trying:)
