I'm new to this whats the best way to lose beer belly. And does having consistent meals 3 times a day help lose weight

Cutting down on the beer helps 😉
It doesn't have to be 3 meals a day, but consistency is the name of the game. Personally, I like to start with a schedule you already gravitate toward (3/4/5 meals a day, one big meal and a few snacks, intermittent fasting, whatev) and focus on keeping your calories consistent. Then it will be easier to stick to and you'll know if you need to adjust from there.0 -
Eat less than you burn on a consistent basis. Reduction of alcohol helps because it inhibits use of carbs and fats while it's in your system.
