I'm new to this whats the best way to lose beer belly. And does having consistent meals 3 times a day help lose weight

    Cutting down on the beer helps 😉
    It doesn't have to be 3 meals a day, but consistency is the name of the game. Personally, I like to start with a schedule you already gravitate toward (3/4/5 meals a day, one big meal and a few snacks, intermittent fasting, whatev) and focus on keeping your calories consistent. Then it will be easier to stick to and you'll know if you need to adjust from there.

    Eat less than you burn on a consistent basis. Reduction of alcohol helps because it inhibits use of carbs and fats while it's in your system.
