  • I wanted to say hello and introduce myself. I'm a 29 yo stay at home mom and spend a lot of time on this website a year ago. I lost 9 lbs. in the few months I was on here, but things happened in my life and I lost sight of what I worked so hard for. So I finally made it back. I'm getting married in October and hope to lose…
  • Yes...we're getting married and I'm so excited. It was a magical day....he got down on one knee in front of Cinderella's Castle at Walt Disney World...took out a glass slipper with the most beautiful ring and asked if I would marry him. I, of course, said yes. Very romantic!!! So I was wondering if anyone would like to…

  • It may be that with your activity level you may no see progress on the scale but in inches off your body. Try taking your messurements and track those. Some people won't even hop the scale until the end of the month. You look to be in pretty good shape so with every pound of fat you loss your may be gaining muscle.
  • What kind of foods are you eating? Are you drinking enough water? Usually the first couple of week you lose water weight, so it's pretty common to see weight loss being easier in the beginning. Are you tracking anything other than calories? :flowerforyou:
  • When ever I bake cakes I always use one can of pumpkin with one box of sugar free cake mix. it comes out pretty dense and could be an aquired taste. My favorite is sub. oil with apple sauce or mashed banana for the eggs (1/2 large banana = 2 whole eggs). The banana always gives it a littler texture and a great taste to…
  • This is my son's first summer off from school and daycare. I'm a SAHM b/c of the twins medical conditions. I'm so worry I won't be able to keep him entertained since the girls need full care. • My 6 year old son, who was four at the time, decided to wake up for a midnight snack one night. I thought I heard someone in the kitchen so I got up and saw no one. As soon as I laid back down I heard the same noise again. I walked back into the kitchen, this time walking all the way around our center island, to find him…
  • Dear John - by Nicholas Sparks. He also wrote 'Message In A Bottle' and 'The Notebook" which were made into movies. Read most of his book and love everyone so far. I'm also reading "Becoming A Better You" by Joel Osteen.

  • I've notice several dessert recipes using a can of pumpkin with boxed cake mixes. If I wanted to make any of the flavors would I always use one whole can, or do some flavors need different amounts? I want to try it but I wanted to be clear on how much. Thanks!
  • way to go guy!!! :flowerforyou:
  • I clicked on the exercise tab and it said if you walk for 60 minutes at 3.5mph...what your used to...you burn 288 cal. If you were to run at a brisk pace of 5.0mph for 30 minutes your would burn 341 cals. So running does burn more calories but it's up to you what you can handle. So maybe you could take longer walks or…
