I am on Day 2 of the second week. Not following the meal plan but I need to! I already eat pretty clean. I was extremely sore for the first week! Day 1 is the worst. Add me as a friend if we want to keep each other accountable!

I am on week 2 day 2! Love the workouts. I'm not following the meal plan because I already follow a paleo diet. I lost a few pounds the first week. I need to follow the eating plan I guess. It just seems like a hassle.

I eat breakfast every single day. I've done this diet before and it works very well. If I had to do it again, I wouldn't cut out everything it says too. I wouldn't deprive myseld completely of all bread because when you start eating them again your weight will fluctuate. If you're only eating 1200 calories and working out, you're probably not losing…

perfect timing!!! I started ripped in 30 yesterday and it wasn't too bad. I didn't do 30 day shred and i think maybe i should have? How was that? lose any weight and inches? I also want to get 6 week 6 pack and do both at the same time bc 30 minutes of a workout doesn't feel like enough for me. lets be workout buddies!!!!

Thank you! I like eating healthy too. Bad food has something in it to where it makes you want to eat more bad food. it's hard to get back on track once you're off. how long have you been on the diet and how much have you lost?

I'm on it right now and it's hard, but very do-able. I have lost almost 10 lbs in 2 weeks.
