I find porridge is great for breakfast and you can buy snackpots which are great for at your desk. Snacks - I usually take fruit or have cereal bars (low calorie).

i love porridge. I'd never had it unti I started on here. I like the Oat So Simple range, and it comes in a variety of flavours. You can get it in all the supermarkets. Give it a go.

I do the housework, ironing, read a book or play catch up on the tv that keeps me out me the kitchen.

Hi My dad was the same. I have my little girl now but I wanted him to be around when I had children. He now goes bowling at the local club which gets him out and about. Hi I'm got another 21lb to lose, already lost 11lb then my BMI shows that I am classed as overweight and not obese anymore. warburtons do sandwich thins and square wraps. here is the links to their website http://www.warburtons.co.uk/squareishwraps/index.asp - it has the nutritional value and some recipe ideas. the wrap is over 100 cal but you will only need the one as once you have filled it they are filling. try it out.

Hi, My weight loss slowed down from not eating enough. You need to make sure you eat breakfast, this will give your body the kick start it needs to keep you going for the rest of the day. I've done really well this week. Drank lots of water and making sure I eat my full quota of calories. Hopefully the weigh in on Sunday will pay off. Fingers crossed. Need to measure myself then as well.
