I went up one this week, but must be losing inches as clothes are fitting easier. There are only 6 people I think that have logged in regularly. It's kind of died a death. I'm logging on a daily basis but my weight has been going up for the last 3 weeks. I am doing my best to eat healthily and cut out the crap. Only did the mini challenges upto Friday last week due to going away but I'm back now and more determined than ever to get the weight off. Hubby came home from work yesterday after calling in Thorntons and bringing me home 3 bags of toffee chocs as they were on offer. Absolutely gutted. I told him to put them in the cupboard until either he ate them or I'd lost enough to treat myself. 100g = 493 calories I won't be eating a lot of them.

Completed challenges for Monday and Tuesday. Today's will be hard having a v. sore knee. Will do my best but may have to re-do Monday and Tuesday's to make up for the lack of leg exercise.

I can only get to the gym twice a week so i need to try harder with the at home exercise. Also need to cut out the junk food at work. I have made my own vegetable soup for my lunch this week, it should last me 4 days that gets me plenty of veg in.
