    I'd like to join October challenge by doing 100 miles walking this month.total so far is 24.47 so working hard to achieve this.

    I actually got more but was walking around without my tracker on Thursday and ended up at 9,832 for the day.

    I'm in! My goal is to do an extra 2km walk in week 1, then 3kms, 4kms and 5kms in Weeks 2,3 and 4. The extra calories used will be handy to improve my weight loss :) I have completed my 2km walk today.

    Update-I have now completed my Week 2 goal of an additional 3km walk. I even jogged the middle 1 km o:)
