  • it was absolutely the last thing I wanted to do on a friday after work but came on here and saw all you lovely people commenting and it guilted me into doing it :D Day 6 DONE, plus 3lbs down since I started!

  • reading through these, it looks like I have a looong ways to go... Im 5ft, 148lbs, currently 38-35-42. going by the 'ideal' waist to hips ratio of 0.75, I was aiming for ~130lbs, measurements of 34-30-40. That seems way to high going by these replies, does that seem an unhealthy goal??
