  • Thank you girls yesterday was the only day I could only do 600 thankfully. Im actually doing great in my progress just hitting my goal is a struggle with food, but one day at a time right? Lots love
  • Thank you, actually the healthy food is to aid in my MS I already eat small portions, I guess I have to find that happy medium to stay moving forward. Thanks so much for your input.

  • Yes eating has been pretty good, but still not reaching my goals, I dont pay attention to excersize calories because I should be burning more than I consume, todays dinner was even forced down I had to try something tomorrow is another day gonna try to switch it up a bit, may do a soup thats more hearty.
  • I do have 1 free meal per week to eat anything with no restrictions and asked hubs to get nuts today as it will help too ty
  • Thats a good idea to try to change up by adding good oils or foods higher in calories
  • We do 6 meals and I combine that with the swank diet which is diet of healthy foods for MS, but today my stomach resticted anything I tried to eat which causes a purge if I push myself to eat more this is a side effect of the gastric surgery. I take replacement med for my thyroid but am due for another blood test.
  • I document everything including excersize but I do take days off workouts due to my MS and gradually increasing

  • I would say try sugar free life savors and wean yourself off those slowly. You are most likely feeling sick as you may be comsuming more than the recommended couh drops.   • I can say I totally understand you, I have recently stopped working. Due to my ! S and combination of hashimotos amd previous broken back it gets sooooo hard but you must beat it and stay strong losing weight is a long journey that should be taken step by step if we can live with MS we can get through this.:smile:
  • Wow, talk about very small world! Thats great to hear, hoping soon to transition back to the states. MS is very difficult on top of being mixed with other illnesses but we stay strong keep head up and power on.
