• When buying tea, but the bags instead of the K Cups. Even if you have a Keruig or cup making device, put the tea bag in the cup, then brew just water then steep the bag in the water instead of buying K cups. Saves money and by the time your cup is done filling up and you go to the bathroom, you'll have the perfect balance…
• One thing I do is I buy in bulk. I buy value packs of pouch tuna - 5 packs for $5, versus $1.25 each. I'll buy protein bars in bulk too - saves a lot of money!
•
Weight loss can HAVE my DDs!! I'd like to look down and see my feet without bending forward!
I'll take some, lol! I hope I don't lose what little I have when I start losing weight - I weigh 275 pounds and am only a full B :-(.
• Here’s my current play list: Count on Me- Mat Kearney Under Blackened Skies - Fozzy Different Kind of Crazy - Josh Gracin Free to be Me - Francisca Batascali (I know I murdered her name) Up Against the Wall - *NSYNC Nothin’ My Love Can’t Fix - Joey Lawrence (Yeah, I know, Old school) Rollin in the Deep - Adelle Rockin…
• Thanks so much for all the input! I will be listening to my body and if I'm hungry, I'll eat them,. If not, I'll let it be. Thanks again for all the good tips and input!
• No you don't sound dumb! Yes, do cook the rice before - I do use the instant rice though.
• No problem! Not only were they delish, but they also kept me full for a while!
• KateMarie34 - 9, very slim, beautiful curves absolutely gorgeous, just wish I could see more of your face!!
• Thanks to everyone for all of the yummy ideas! I have a few to add to my list as well: ~ Emerald 100-calorie packs of coca covered almonds - they give you the great dose of good fats for the day, and since they’re rolled in dark coca powder they also give you that little bit of sweet! ~ Lifesavers - each saver has 15…
• I'll have to try this one. Sounds tasty
• I chew the Sugar Free brands, and it actually helps keep my mouth busy so I'm not eating everything in sight.
• Never really like those....
• Welcome to the MFP site!
• I never knew that. I eat properly, I just keep my mouth busy so I'm not chowing down on everything.

• Thanks for the responses!
• I have NO PROBLEM with the water intake - I easily double or triple it every day - it keeps me from eating a ton!
• Gots more! * ¼ cup Jelly Belly jelly beans – O.M.G. I am SO glad I found this out! 35 little Jelly Belly jelly beans (about ¼ of a cup) have only 140 calories in it! I don’t know about you, but I am OBSESSED with jellybeans! If you go to the Jelly Belly Belly Factory in California they have this tuff called Hodge Podge…
• I don't pay attention to those charts. According to my weight chart my healthy weight is 150.... I'd be a skeleton at that. Those charts don't take into consideration that everybody has different bone structures and different body types. Just go by what you feel is right, or ask your doctor.
• More to the list, now off to work! ~Nutrigrain bars: These things are amazing. They have a good amount of fiber and nutrients in them, and they’re really good! They come in many varieties, but the one I like the most is the Yogurt Strawberry ones, and they’re only 130 calories each. ~Triscuits – These things are AMAZING.…
• More stuff to add to my list! ~Goldfish - "The little snack that smiles back until you bite their heads off!" I really like the Mix Ups pizza flavored Goldfish. These guys are really yummy and an easy snack to grab. Calorie count - 140 in approximately 55 pieces. Lots of little fish to keep you snacking forever! Great…
• Hi! This site has help keep me in check because it gives me the support I need to get through it. I know I'm not alone and I don't feel alone here. I also keep an online journal I write in every day, so that's just more people I have that support me and keep me on track. I will add you as a friend - you can do this!
• Welcome to the site! Will add you as a friend :-)
• As far as meeting the goals like fat, etc. I don't really pay attention to them - I figure if I'm really watching what I eat and making sure to focus on high fiber low carbs and fat then I'm ok.
• Tomatoes. Cooked or raw, I can't stand the buggers. But I'm really weird. I can eat ketchup and sauces that have tomatoes in it, and I like Spaghetti sauces and salsa with it in it... But the salsa has to be like Pace or similar to it. As far a Hummus, I like it but it's not my favorite. I'll eat it cause it's good for me…
• Thats always the way it is. I can see changes in my body, but the first person to say something to me about it was a coworker and my sister. It's always nice to have positive motivation!
• If you don't like it, don't eat it. That's just one thing that she's making - don't judge her just by one thing! I think it looks WONDERFUL!
• I listen to off the wall stuff and a lot of upbeat, fast paced dance songs to keep me motivated. Some of my faves to listen to are Josh Gracin, TobyMac and *NSYNC. I was on the treadmill today and listned to *NSYNC and Matt Kearny! Sometimes I put it on shuffle and let it do it’s thing. I have such a vast taste in music…
