maybe keep 170 in mind for the end game but do smaller goals for the nearer future... (i dont know how much you weigh so just example) lose 15 lbs by valentines day. lose another 10 lbs by easter ect

I refused to weigh myself til after xmas, i ate what i wanted, few chocolates, few biscuits, pigs in blankets but i was surprised i didnt go to town on the whole 'xmas eat what you want' i didnt want xmas pudding/cake ect so i was pleased to jump on the scales this morning to find id gain a big fat NOTHING :-) (i did eat 2…

so will you have breakfast everyday now then? and make the time? i try to eat breakfast between 8-9 lunch 12-12.30 and dinner 4-5 5.30 lastest. that way your body knows when its getting fed. i hope you do great. happy new year :-)

Personally i think breakfast is a must (even thou i have to force it down) as it sets you up for the day. I think the volume you eat is determined by your body and the exercise your doing, its your bodys way of getting what it needs x
