    I agree!! Carry that 13 lbs of anything around for awhile. You are doing amazing! keep up the great work!

    Congrats!! I can see changes in your face & mid-section. Too be honest you "look" smaller than 246lbs so those toning have really taken off some inches! Keep it up!
