Shirataki noodles all the way! You can find them in the produce section in the little refrigerator area. Nasoya is the brand I buy - they have fettuccine and spaghetti types. I followed some online advice to first drain them in a colander and then rinse with vinegar, then water. Then pan fry them til they 'squeak'. This…

You can do it! It's hard but you can. Feel free to add me.

I made buffalo cauliflower bites - inspired by the SkinnyTaste recipe. But I season the cauliflower with garlic powder and pepper beforehand, which really pumps up the flavor. And the batter I make is out of the Kodiak Cake protein waffle/pancake mix and a half can of sparkling water, for a faux-beer batter. I serve it…

My nutritionist encouraged me to have 5 'snacks' instead of the meals since I had issues with getting hungry. But I found that I wasn't satisfied by the small snacks throughout the day. I much prefer having fewer, more substantial 'meals'. It helps me feel like I'm not on a diet.

My jeans kept falling off, so instead of buying a belt, I tried on my older, smaller jeans and they fit! 2 sizes down!

@pyramid918 consignment shops are the best! There's a chain near me called Upscale Cheapskate (hate the name, love the store) and they have top brands for ridic cheap.

I agree with that!! Downsizing makes you realize what you can do without. A basic set of gray and black skirts and pants and a set of tops you can mix and match and change with different accessories. At least most accessories don't need to be downsized!!! :D

Starting a new habit is always the hardest, whether for the first time, or the millionth, or trying to get back on track after a weekend of slacking. My suggestion is to work with what works for you. You'll always feel like a failure if you're not a morning person and you try and fail all the time to do a morning workout.…

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! This is still something I struggle with, but it feels so good to replace the bigger sizes with smaller ones!!!! I tend to buy a lot of dresses (A-line) and skirts because they're easier to take in myself so I don't have to keep buying clothes!

I LOVE the Yoplait Yopa nonfat vanilla yogurt (3.5oz containers) with the little thing of dove dark chocolate on top. Great quality chocolate that I love and the vanilla takes away the tartness I've found in most greek yogurts. Great way to get protein and pretend it's a treat!!

I feel ya!! This is probably the MOST frustrating part of PCOS aside from the weight issues. I used to have amazing lush naturally red wavy hair and it seems like over the course of a 6 month period, I lost about half of it. The strange thing is that I noticed it on some level, but I think I just blew it off as a stress…

Heyyyy, I'm new (just started this week) and I've had PCOS (unofficially for 10 years) officially/diagnosed for 2 years. Only 6 months ago I was prescribed Metformin by my PCP. My experience with Metformin hasn't been bad. The first month it took my body time to get used to it, and I experienced extreme dry mouth (curable…

Hellooo, I'm on Week 4, Day 3 after a bunch of repeats of Week 3, and my tips are: -TRY the next week...I think it was all in my head that I couldn't do it. The 3 minute runs seemed really hard until they became the 'easy runs' for week 4. I did 5 min runs with no problem!! It was a mental block! -Have a great playlist...I…
