Same here. I always keep 85% dark chocolate in my kitchen, and have 1-2 pieces (squares) every single day, just to beat the craving. A little every day is better than a binge once a week.10 -

I wholeheartedly loathe black chocolate. I tried and tried to cheat myself with it but I just can't. I find it gross. I can't be trusted with white or milk chocolate though, so I'll try the OP suggestion. Side note - all kefyr are not created equal LOL you can definitely find lower sugar ones, we love the siggi's plain filmjölk0

I keep cocoa coated almonds. So yummy1

Unsweetened TCHO chocolate baking bits. Really bitter (which I love) and 1 is definitely enough. Don't eat close to bed though as they will keep you awake.2

My go-to when I crave chocolate is Jello Sugar-Free Puddings...60 calories a pop.2

I do Alter Eco - 90% Cocoa Dark Super Blackout, 2 sections, which has 5 carbs, at least 5 nights out of the week if it fits my macros for the day. Super satisfying, and keeps my sweet tooth from going gangster on me.2
-
ChocoNuvo 91% Cacao Extreme Dark Chocolate squares. Chocolate oats topped with frozen berries also does the trick.0

thanks for sharing! i just eat plain chocolate which would be lower calorie or jello cup or fudgcycle.just_Tomek wrote: »Primordia68 wrote: »What is the calories on this?

I never understood why people has chocolate cravings or why they like chocolate so much.4

I just eat better chocolate, it's can be costly so you don't get as much and since I have to go out of my way to get it get some steps in as well.0

Potential magnesium deficiency. I just take mag supplements daily and eat good dark greens. Sadly for me, I get migraines from cacao and most chocolate products.
Speaking of Kefir.. I'm gonna miss that this summer. Super cold bottle of Kefir when it's 35+ outside is the best. It's a blob of cold goo that chills you out.1 -

I take Magnesium supplements, still like chocolate and crave it around my hormonal times of month.0 -
Skinny cow fudge bars. Yasso choc PB frozen yogurt bars. Jello sf pudding cup as a topping for a cup of fresh, sliced strawberries w a squirt of whipped cream, chocolate PB2 spread on a Joseph’s 60 cal flax pita, topped w sliced strawberries or thin slices of apple, Cara Cara oranges (so sweet!), clementines, angel food cake cubes w dark chocolate balsamic vinegar for dipping (delish!). That last one is also amazing w JUST A TOUCH of blood orange or lemon EVOO. If you have never tried the fantastic flavored olive oils and vinegars, you can thank me later. 😉😁1

Fibre one bats, the brownie ones or the lemon, sugar free chocolate pudding, chocolate protein powder0
-
Nutramino chocolate protein cake bar, 122 calories, 20g of protein. Chocolate hit. Plus fills me up, so stops me snacking further0
-
I do something similar--keffir or skyr, frozen cherries, chocolate protein whey powder. I still eat actual chocolate if I want it, though.0
