Well I am happy to report I am at 189! At our first weighin I was up 4 lbs to 194. Took me long enough but the scale is finally moving. I SWEAR it's the greek yogurt! Start 190 CW 189 MG 187 Have a great day all. As to PIZZA, if anybody reads Clean Eating Magazine, this month's issue has an entire section on pizza.

Funny that you should ask this. I was reading nutrition news on a package this morning. What scared me, that the papaya in it has added sugar. As other's have said, a little bit probably isn't bad for you!!

Good Morning All! Ugh. I have had a terrible week for food. Funny, that sounds like the food attacked me. In truth, I just didn't say no. I saw it too. I don't have it though, that thing looked a little dangerous to me. :) I'm too much of an accident waiting to happen. Having said that I really respect the Firm also. They were one of the first to make women & weights (even if there handweights) mainstream.
