I HAVE ALL THE OTHER THE FIRM DVDS AND I THINK THERE GREAT I USE THEM ALL THE TIME AND SEE GREAT RESULTS.
I WANTED TO KNOW IF ANYBODY HAS THE NEW ONE (THE WAVE) AND IS IT JUST AS GOOD.I LIKE TO GET IT I SAW IT AT WALMART.

    I saw it too. I don't have it though, that thing looked a little dangerous to me. :) I'm too much of an accident waiting to happen. Having said that I really respect the Firm also. They were one of the first to make women & weights (even if there handweights) mainstream.
