  • When I tell people my goal weight they instantly tell me that I would look sick or my head will look big if I lose that much weight. I just respond with thanks.

  • I love the fact that it is nothing like Fb but, I would like it if there was a like button and notifications. If I could chose which post I wanted to follow and which ones I didn't would be lovely.
  • What I like about early morning workouts is the fact there is hardly anyone around and I dont have to worry about it later in the day. I like to have my afternoons free for whatever comes up. I usually grab a banana or eat a bowl of oatmeal before I go just incase i dont get to eat afterwards.

  • You can do this!! Do not let what others are doing discourage you. You have to do what works best for you, if walking is what works best right now then continue to walk.   • I would have to agree with you, because me and my friend are around the same height and we weight the same but she appears atleast 20 pounds smaller. The Difference between us is my boobs are way bigger than hers and it makes me look bigger.
  • I wonder the same thing at times and I never understand why people tell me I look smaller than what I am. I think it is mainly based on how your body is structured. Some people carry weight different from others which tends to make some people look slimmer.
