haha yeah I did wonder why mehdi's legs weren't gigantic. i know i won't turn into a bodybuilder overnight, I just figure I'd ask in case that lady wasn't spouting complete broscience. :)

add mehhhh all my friends left after i had a spectacular 2 weeks of eating 2000 calories in chips. ok, the good ones stayed but a lot left/quit MFP. :#

Back, shoulders and chest first. Unfortunately. I've yet to lose pretty much anything off my thighs/legs. My boobs are literally deteriorating before my eyes and my thighs are just like "nope we're happy here, thanks." :sad:

I was in kindergarten or first grade I can't remember, and they all took us to the library and tried to tell us what had happened. Thanks so much! It's just difficult for me to see changes because a long time ago I accepted that "I'm just meant to be fat/chubby no matter what" and I don't think I've been in the 160's since middle school lol. :blushing:

I'm dealing with the same exact thing except I don't have an option to move back home. Religiously weigh/measure your food and make sure you stay within your calorie goal and macros. Vegetables really aren't expensive so maybe you could go buy some?

I ate 3,308 yesterday, get on my level. :glasses: Went from like 163 to like 165 I think. And that was probably just water weight from the spectacular 4000mg(mg right? who knows) of sodium I consumed. Not worried about it, and neither should you.

When I learned pretty much the most important thing about clothes; just because you can put it on, doesn't mean it fits. haaaaaa Before all this, I would hoard food in my room. Like if I bought a pizza i would bring it home and attempt to hide it and sneak it into my room. I quite often succeeded, proven by my situation on MFP. Or I would have a frozen pizza and try to eat all of it before anyone else could. Same thing with boxes of macaroni…

MIDDLESCHOOL.. and public highschool. I'm not sure why but I was CONSTANTLY made to be an outcast. Prolly cos 90% of the kids were hispanic and they had this lovely stereotype of "all white kids are weird." :sick: Which lead to SO much social problems for me that I'm just barely getting over these days.

I honestly eat 90% of my calories at night and I've been losing juuuuuuust fine. My dinners are always 900-1200 calories plus snacks before and after. :love: Do what works best for you and fits into your calorie/macro allowance, if you find that night eating makes it harder to lose off YOUR OWN body then you should start…

This has happened to me before! A couple of years ago I used to run around my old neighborhood and one day I was going past this house and a few fat people sitting on their porch GAWKED and yelled at me(didn't really hear what they said, as I was listening to music.)
