FaceTime is great. Then you can see the little one. There is an app called viber that you can talk and text thru wifi. I make sure I turn off my data (iPhone), that way I know I am only using the wifi. We add international calling right before we leave and cancel when we get back. It gets expensive fast. My hospital is making it mandatory this year too. I usually get it but it stinks that they are making it mandatory. It sucks having coworkers call out for a week with the flu but I hate them making us take it. I will wait until the last minute to get it.

I love it. Sometimes it is hard to keep motivated but when it tells where you could be in 5 weeks if you stick with it makes it worth it. Makes me smile at the end of my day.

i have been giving things up gradually. diet mountain dew was my drink. i work nights and thought it was my pick me up. now i realize i am more awake without it. stay strong, it is worth it.

I am a lifetime member also. I haven't been able to lose one ounce since they changed the plan. I just canceled my e-tools membership. I love this site so much more. Good Luck everyone.
