Exercise is 3-4 days a week treadmill and it is intense for around 30-40mins.

I tend to add more greens to my plate, more broccoli, cabbage, brussel sprouts and stay clear of on the stuffing, didn't buy any this year anyway.

Spinach and banana is a personal favourite of mine. I put the banana in the freezer overnight then add to the smoothie the next morning with the fresh spinach, makes a nice cold smoothie.

A couple of years ago it took 5-6 months, I was not eating healthy and was starving myself, I went from 130 to 100. Not recommended in any way at all, I was miserable, frail and had serious food issues. Go the healthy way about it and don't compare your weight loss to others. Good Luck.

Hello Debbie, I feel exactly the same way, I make a billion excuses like 'I will start tomorrow' 'I am tired' and 'its only one chocolate' lol. We need to stop with the excuses and start with this health kick off with a bang ;)

Hello, I am 5,2 and no I am eating exactly the amount stated, my maintenance is definitely more than 1100/1200 calories, around 2000/2200 with light exercise, i I am also burning of 500 calories with exercise a day, sometimes more! I have opened my diary.

Hello, How many carbs are you eating? this could be from eating little carbs to jumping up to a larger amount, I was eating around 175g carbs and not losing weight and now I am eating 130-150g and I have lost 2 pounds this week.

Hello, I would say Topshop and River Island, I am a size 8 UK and lets just say they won't button but I am a size 6 UK in their dresses, but Zara size 6 UK Trousers are too big lol.
