I eat all veggies and have no issues w/ weight loss as long as I excercise and stay under my calories. I also take synthroid and the only thing my doctor and nutritionist told me to avoid was taking calcium with my meds. The carbs are where I am sensitive, as long as it comes fromveggies and limit fruits I am good.

I marinate mine in chipotle raspberry grilling sauce and add apple cider vinegar and mrs. dash. I spray the grill w/ olive oil spray and grill until done. Very tasty, good on salads, w/rice, noodles or on its own.:happy:

I eat alot of veggies,lean protein (no red meat and seldom pork) and fruit. All fruit before 2:00. Big salads fillme up and I make my own salad dressing-red wine vinegar(any kind is ok), flax oil, Mrs. Dash, and veggie seasoning.

I don't know anything about the diet but anything that doesn't let you eat fruit sounds a little off?! I know you have to be careful on how much you eat of it but I have always believed an apple a day> I truly think there are very beneficial nutrients in fruit that your body needs!

okay- the weekend was a struggle for me with it being mother's day and we had alot going on through church so i did not get any days in on 30ds. technically it is really only day 10 today since i have missed a few days, so back on track and i think i will try level 2 again but it might be a struggle. wish me luck!:bigsmile:
