Have a big glass of water and then a smaller snack. I love garlic and herbs spread over mountain bread, baked in the oven. Nuts. Fruit.

I eat 1200 calories a day, exercise at least once a day burning 400-500 calories, I don't eat these back. If I work out a second time usually around 400 calories. I eat half or less of these back. Otherwise what's the point?! Are You are exercising to lose weight? Why eat them back if you are trying to lose weight?!

With your cheat days still eat small portions of those things you want to eat, that way you want go to bad :-) but the fact that you didn't enjoy it and feel this way now is your body changing and staying less is more.

Try upping the calories for a few days... maybe add 400-500 clean calories for 3 days. Do different excercise and increase your water intake. Kick start the body again. There was a really helpful thread about plateau killing the other day will try and find it.

I eat 1200 calories, and workout buring 400-800 calories every day of the week and dont eat these calories back and I am satisfied. I never feel hungry. Its about eating clean 1200 calories, with a mix of carbs, protein and vegetables

I think its more about burning the calories that you eat. For example if you eat earlier in the day etc the food is going to be burnt. If you yet late, your body is less active because you do less... less of the calories are burnt.
