  • Well I have an underactive thyroid which I guess means that my thyroid was causing my metabolism to be too slow. So when I started taking the meds to increase it, I assume my metabolism went up?? This is my theory as to why I am so hungry. I just wonder how much more I really need....

  • another one of my fav. is raisin bran. Both the special k type cereal and the raisin bran dont need any additional sugar to taste awesome!

  • I guess I could, but I have 2 kids and the gym has a daycare which makes the exercise part a LOT easier.... If I had them with me I wouldn't get far! They are one and four years old :)
  • I find myself in that situation quite often at night and even though it doesn't seem too appetizing, I usually try to down a bottle of water and wait about 15-20 minutes. If I am still hungry I snack a little but usually the water fills me up enough that I can go to bed satisfied :)

  • My understanding is that you should eat back your calories AT LEAST to the point there you have 1200+ net per day. I'm in a delima today because my current "net" is "1" LOL because I went on a short hike and burned a LOT.   • WOW! 265lbs is fricken amazing :) haha if I lost that much I would weigh 106lbs. My goal weight is 160. Maybe more depending on what I look like when I get close to that weight. I have ALWAYS been overweight and I think I may look strange if I get too thin. Plus, I like having SOME love handles :)
  • I eat those big greasy breakfasts a lot, too. They tend to make me full fast but starve me the rest of the day. Maybe that's why you feel so hungry? I'd try to eat less than about 30-40% of your calories for the day or breakfast. Big breakfasts leave little room for meals the rest of the day!
