I was looking through the bin of old fat clothes (excuse me...morbidly obese clothes) that were in the garage, trying to see if there was some way I could estimate my waist and hip measurements from them to figure out what my starting body fat % was. I ended up trying on some of them, and then this pic was the result. Eat it Jared!

EDIT: Size 56 jeans and 4XL t-shirt.

    Love those pictures....have one of myself on my profile. They are the last piece of clothing I have from my "before"days....I keep them to remind me where I don't ever want to go again. The rest of the clothes is gone forever. Congratulations, you look amazing!
