I am sure others will answer this completely for you. On the low end of your excercise if you are only working out M-F you are at 6.5hrs to the top end 10hrs on excercise alone not counting the toddler. So your activity level would be higher than the 3-5hours you picked on Scooby. I would go back and change that detail.

I do understand, Yes the reset you are to get to TDEE and stay there and eventually you lose weight. I was hoping that the exercise and moving calories up would do something in terms of reshaping or some loss to show a response. Even if I don't lose I would like to see some change somewhere.

If you werent eating below your tdee whil you were pregnant or just after then the concept of doing TDEE for 2 weeks then 6weeks on the 15% cut from TDEE makes sense. I have read that.
