I just use real sugar. Coffee is pretty much my favorite part of the day, so I'm OK spending a few calories on it.

I buy the Ododos brand on Amazon. They come in both full-length and capri length. The rise and length are just right for me, and they have pockets! Leggings can be tricky - not every fit is right for every body. For example, people love the Champion ones at Target, but they just do not work for me. The rise is weird on me.…

Well, I'll be the lone dissenter so far and say that it has most definitely affected my habits/routine and I do expect to undo some of the progress I'd made before. I'm trying to stay within my goals, but I'll be honest and say that lately I've been giving in to the urges for comfort food/drink. I have not gained yet, but…

I don't do anything with cilantro or cumin. Cilantro tastes like soap and cumin tastes like feet.

My first choice is always walk/run outside. We have plenty of sidewalks and a park with paved walkways - I can build routes of any length and not have to cross many busy streets if I so choose. I don't care for the gym (because I don't love being around other people) but I will use it for the indoor track when the weather…

I am 5'1" and seem to have settled right around 135. I am definitely bigger than a lot of women at this height, but I cannot imagine (me) going any lower and (me) being able to sustain it. I am barely hanging on as it is! LOL. For reference, I am 45 and "lightly active." I'm definitely not an athlete - most of my…

Be a stoner. Weed is legal in my state, but I'm to old and square to start at this point.

I live in MA so I can (and have) order(ed) Dunks in my sleep. Sometimes I don't even LIKE it, it's just comfort coffee. But my standard order is medium hot french vanilla one-and-one (one cream, one sugar). My favorite local coffee is a place called Coffee Break Cafe. They have really good seasonal flavors, but everything…

I have had success with "just walking." I walk about 4 miles outdoors most days. It takes me about an hour. I have lost almost 30 pounds since May. I do also log and stay within my calorie goal most days - plus I definitely eat (or bank) those walking calories! I haaaaate running but I recently started adding some because…

Crunchy, cheesey snacks like Doritos, Pirates Booty, garlic/parm Triscuits. And also small chocolatey things like M&Ms, Kisses, and Cadbury Mini Eggs.

I may have already answered this one, but WTF, I'll play again! I have trouble moderating with any sort of cheesy flavored cracker/chip. So, Doritos, garlic/parm Triscuit Thins, Pirates Booty, stuff like that. I also have trouble with snacky size candy bars, like the big bags for giving out at Halloween. Once it's open,…

We generally do one or two meatless nights per week, not necessarily Monday. It's more for budgetary reasons than anything else. On those nights we usually have baked potatoes with either crustless quiche or tomato soup, or otherwise just pasta with marinara. We're not fancy. Sometimes we have just pancakes or waffles. YUM.
-
I am unable to do "moderation" when it comes to Doritos, fun-size 100 Grand bars, or breadsticks from the pizza place.

Half a leftover Carvel ice cream cake. We don't usually have ice cream in the freezer at home - it gives us an excuse to go out for ice cream!

It varies. Sometimes I have plain greek yogurt with a little brown sugar mixed in. Sometimes I have a bowl of cheerios. Sometimes I have cold overnight oats. Sometimes I have a hard boiled egg and an english muffin. Sometimes we go out for breakfast and I have the whole shebang - eggs, bacon, potatoes, bread, my kid's…

Favorite veggies: Red bell pepper Asparagus Broccoli Carrots Green beans I wouldn't call any fruits my favorites. I don't really like them much at all, but I will put strawberries, blueberries, and bananas into smoothies. I think I'd probably be able to do raspberries and blackberries in there too, if I had some. Edited to…

Totally varies based on mood. At various times I have control issues with the following: Good baked goods (choc chip cookies, cheesecake, brownies) Crap baked goods (boxed donuts, boxed snacky cakes like Suzy Q) Crunchy cheesy snacks (Doritos, Pirates Booty, cheesy Wheat Thins) Candy ( M&Ms, Reeses PB cups, Kit Kats) Sweet…

I love cereal. LOVE. For snacking (dry) I like Quaker Honey Graham Oh!s, Froot Loops, Frosted Cheerios, and the new cookies & cream one from Hershey's. For actual eating in a bowl with milk, I like plain Cheerios, Frosted Cheerios, Golden Grahams, Quaker Oatmeal Squares, Capn Crunch, Chex, Life, Kix ... pretty much…

I do 1:1 oats and vanilla almond/soy milk, mixed up and left overnight in the fridge. I eat them cold.

We don't get much produce at BJs because it sucks at our location. But we do get tons of other stuff: Perdue chicken breast Harvestland chicken sausages Damascus sandwich wraps. Sandwich bread Coffee Babybel cheeses Plain Fage yogurt LOL deli cheese Eggs Frozen berries Pretzels/Goldfish/Pirates Booty Pasta Oats Wine

Definitely cereal, but also rice, popcorn, and butter.

I'm the only one who likes them hard-cooked, so if I'm making some, I don't usually do more than 4 at a time. I keep the extras (in the shell) in a little bowl in the fridge. The fact that they're not in the egg carton makes it pretty obvious to the rest of the fam that they're somehow "different."

Snacky-cakes like Hostess or Little Debbie. I love me some baked goods and I'm not afraid to spend calories on sweets (clearly, if you can see my diary), but snack cakes are no longer "first tier" for me.

I've never met a malbec I didn't like. Even the cheap ones are good. My current cheap favorite is Layer Cake. I also like the Layer Cake chard. I swear I can taste frosting in it.

Gum and mints

I do 1/3 cup (dry).

Meatloaf (ground turkey), mashed potatoes, and green beans. Boring.
