I don't wake up in time for breakfast, but for my first meal of the day I'm having a protein shake and a pint of blueberries.0

I have coffee and greek yogurt with granola or protein shake.0

I tried the refrigerator oatmeal for the first time. It was ok. Think I had too much milk. I will try it again before I rule it out as a breakfast option.0

Either a cheese/ham omelette or a grilled cheese sandwich - usually on 250-280 calories worth!0

It varies.
Sometimes I have plain greek yogurt with a little brown sugar mixed in.
Sometimes I have a bowl of cheerios.
Sometimes I have cold overnight oats.
Sometimes I have a hard boiled egg and an english muffin.
Sometimes we go out for breakfast and I have the whole shebang - eggs, bacon, potatoes, bread, my kid's leftover pancakes ...
ETA: Derrr, fruit and yogurt smoothie is also an option. Usually on weekends when the husband is home.0 -
I'm not really a breakfast person nor a morning person in general.
I make my own go-to freezer breakfasts:
❤ homemade organic biscuits
❤ homemade organic pancakes, waffles, & french toast sticks
❤ homemade organic english mufffins
❤ homemade organic english mufffin sandwiches
❤ homemade organic breakfast burritos
I just grab any from the freezer & pop it into the microwave for 1 minute or so.
While it's in the microwave, i'll choose a syrup, chia jam, or salsa to go with it.
It's quick, cheaper, & i know all of the ingredients in it.0 -
Breakfast food like a banana berry smoothie (1 cup of low/fat free dairy milk or soy milk, 1 frozen banana, 1/2 c. mixed berries) OR 2 eggs OR 1/2 bagel w/whipped cream cheese
OR leftover dinner food like a sandwich of roasted chicken.0 -
not a breakfast eater. Love my coffee in the mornings. I buy GNC lean shakes and I can seem to get those down. I am an early riser so if I don't eat something I will binge my lunchtime. On weekends, I will join the family and have two scrambled eggs and a slice of wheat toast.0

Quest bar microwaved for 10 on a plate with almond or peanut butter smeared on top ... Eaten with a fork.
Quest bar and bacon , some fruit.

Scrambled egg, no muffin, with ....bacon.
I USED to eat whole wheat or rye toast with peanut or almond butter.
