When I started here in MFP... my calorie intake is 400-700 calories which is very under to my goal.. my metabolism gets slower and experienced weight plateaued.. Then my MFP friends advised me to eat more and hit my goal..Now I'm Healthier and Happier and still losing weight so far :)

The time when my parents always complain about my weight that im getting fatter every week lol.. and the worst thing is that my boyfriend also complains and he's getting colder to me .. So I decided to lose weight starting from 156 lbs to 121 lbs ;)

I was on my ideal weight last 2009 since im dieting that time but I gained a lot of lbs on 2011 due to my problems. . On april 10 2014 I was thinking , since I made it few years ago ..I started believing in myself again..so thats why I'm closer to my goal today :) and by the way "ofcourse you can" :)

Hmmm since I lost 35 lbs ... Bad things happen to me - I have to buy new clothes coz i dont like to wear my old clothes coz they are too big.. - my arms get sag ... i have to work on it.. - i have lots of strecth marks lol

BEFORE I started working out I weighed 156 lb.. after 3 months working out I lost over 33 lb.. and that was the time my friends noticed the changes . :blushing:

I don't usually eat clean lol my daily calorie intake is about 1200 calories ...and for me 1200 calories is too little.. if only I could eat anything without gaining.. Me too I have also pcos which cause me to have irregular periods.. now that I'm almost in my normal weight ..it's regular now :) and by the way ill try your advice .. thanks..

I am doing primaly cardio... sometimes I eat back my calories and sometimes I dont eat them..

Eat chocolates in moderation .weigh it to avoid over eating and also try dark chocolates instead of normal chocolates.. get healthier choices

When i was 12 years old I'm super fat... then i managed to lose weight after 1 year weighing 47 kgs. but then i gain it all back When i was 18 years old lol..
