I picked it based on what is a healthy weight range for my height and age... Granted weight isn't everything. But the highest weight I "should" be is between 121-158. So I picked kinda between the two at 135-140. I'm more focused on BF% though rather than weight.

I personally don't have parents who think that way. But I wanted to say you're doing amazing! It takes time and dedication to get above 100lbs on ANY of those =) I know hearing stuff from your own family really hits home and can be extremely discouraging. But just keep going! =)
