Yep, I even have a scale at work

To everyone saying I should use a scale, I own 3. I meal prep using my scales everyday (or every other day if I make big portions) I measure everything I eat and drink, geez ive lost a total of 25kilos doing this, but I just keep jo-joing with the last 10kilos

Of course, I know this well and its completely logical and all but if I simply eat at a deficit without watching my macros I blow up again. So I have to be super careful :/ I went 5 months just simply being at a deficit and I gained 5 kilos so im enslaved to macros..

I have myfitnesspal and my fitness tracker app separate so i can make arrangements according to my activity per day and it doesnt get confusing so no, i dount im eating those calories back :) and i dont use the numbers my fitnesspal gives me, they arent very accurate for me. Ive had medical testing to find the calories i…

Hello! Well, i go for long walks everyday and instead of taking the bus or train anywhere, i wall. So in total i end up walking around 3 and a half hours per day (and since the weather its getting chillier here in europe, im totally loving being outside) so im out and about very often and walking a lot. On the weekends i…

Thanks! Well the only thing that has changed is my wrist activity tracker. I had a polar loop and during that time i got a fitbit HR2. my polar loop didnt have a heart rate sensor and this one does so im assuming the calories it shows me are more acurate? (i think this is one of the reasons for the weight gain) I measure…

Yeah, i measure everything i eat always

Ive hit a loootttt of plateus along the way because i have a birth control implant on my arm and actually had troubles with my gyno about it so thats why its taken this long. I plateud a lot but never regained so this is why im worried But youre right! Maybe i need to stop being over confident about my calorie counting!…

I do go to a doctor about the bad circulation and he adviced i stayed away from regined grains and since im only 22, there isnt any point on packing me with meds. I do eat fairly healthy because my mom is vegan so she raised me that way so there isnt much to change in my diet. He also adviced i do lots of cardio to help my…

I do have to admit i'm not very careful with carbs, but i eat mostly raw fruits during the day and natural yoghurt every now and then. I dont eat much bread pasta or potatoes because i have bad circulation and those kinds of things make my circulation act up. I have noticed that i am drinking a lot more than i am peeing.…

That sounds interesting. I'll do some research but i've been going to the bathroom more often then normal so i dont know. Worth a look though :)
-
Hmm that sounds interesting. I'd be willing to try it! Plus more food is never bad
-
hmm..maybe when im on vacation i eat my calories entirely but for the most part ive been at a deficit because i've been steadily losing weight for almost 2 years, so yeah.
-
Ive had mine for over a year and i liiivveee by it. Ever since i got it ive never stopped looking at it and using it for guidance. I think it has a lot to do with what kind of motivation you have, i guess. I do find that it tracks my calories a lot better than just estimates on MFP

You look amazing girl! Awesome job!

I do an hour of cardio and 30 minutes of weights (the weights happen every other day, the cardio happens everyday) i have a calorie deficit of 500 calories and I use a polar loop + heart rate sensor to track my workouts. Anyway i'm going to follow this chart for now because it's barely been 2 weeks
-
Right, but i havent gone over my calorie limit with a 500 calorie deficit for the past 2 years almost. So i doubt thats what's going on with me
-
I Am very strict with what i eat everyday (for the past year or so which is what helped me lose the 15 kilos initially) i have a lot of time in my hands so i cook and prep everything myself with the help of my little gram scale. My polar loop + heart rate band say i burn around 2300 calories per day so i eat 1650 calories…
-
My calorie intake has been the same. I have a 500-600 calorie deficit. I am very strict with my calorie counting. I measure everything i eat down to grams because i have time to cook and make everything myself :)

i'm 5'3 and i was at 160 pounds about a year ago and i've been busting my *kitten* off for ever (i even tried completely starving myself for ever which i know is horrible :( so i dont do it anymore! ) but i;m at 123 now and best shape of my life. im looking to lose 5 pounds more and i'll be at my desired weight. the weight…

-
sooo creative, thanks! I'm surely gonna alternate now. i will do my research :D
-
i know, thats why i up'd my calories when i noticed i realized what BMR was. i was eating 1500 at the time of the muscle loss :)
-
sounds like the best aproach! thanks!

so then, how much cardio (how long of a session) do you do? and the lifting, how long is okay? I'm planning to get some small things here and there to help me with the work out, but of course ultimately it would be best to go to a gym, too bad there isn't any near by :/
-
you're right, thank you :)
-
but the weight gain afterwards was nice though, I assume. not bleh and wobbly like fat? how often do you lift and for how long? how much cardio do you do now?
-
your help is well appreciated! i actually checked my BMR and such, and i'm eating 20% less than my TDEE becase 1200 is completely unrealistic. i only do cardio everyday because 1. if i dont i feel lazy and odd and 2. i only have a cardio machine at home and where i live in germany going to the gym isn't really an option.…
