I wear a heart rate monitor during strength training and I always burn way more calories than MFP gives for "strength training" under cardio. Maybe try logging it as circuit training.

You might want to try some pilates videos. I like the pilates "perfect body" 10 minute solution DVD. Also like the Windsor Pilates. They are for toning. No equipment needed except 2lb hand weights. Also Jillian has a DVD for abs, one for buns and thighs, one for the front side of the body and one for the back side.

Less than a pound a week and that is working out 5-6 days a week and eating 1200-1700 calories a day, trying to stay at 1300 most of the time. I am 5' 5.5" I started at 143 lbs. I dropped the first five pounds in the first week because I did low carb but I think that was just water weight. As I worked out and kept watching…

Use a box of pillsbury sugar free devil's food chocolate cake and one can of diet soda. Diet cherry coke or hansen's black cherry diet soda or diet dr. pepper would work. Mix it together, makes 24 cupcakes. Bake at 325 for 18 minutes or so. 60 calories 0 carbs.

Irene! She is the biggest loser so far and therefore deserves it the most. Having 3 girls in the finale will be a first and make it more interesting because it is a fair fight, all three girls are already pretty small.

MFP said to eat 1200 calories. I up'd it to 1300 cause my trainer said I probably wasn't eating enough at 1200. So sounds like I should get my net calories to 1200.
