Apart from jogging/elliptical, I want an at home DVD that doesn't require much equipment. I was about to buy Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred DVD but now I'm not sure. I am 5'7" and weigh 120lbs. I am already slim and losing weight is not my goal. Rather, I want a DVD that will help me "firm up"/get fit, looked toned and help me build some core strength. Will the 30DS do this (even as a beginning dvd)? Or would another Jillian Michaels (or other) DVD be better?

You might want to try some pilates videos. I like the pilates "perfect body" 10 minute solution DVD. Also like the Windsor Pilates. They are for toning. No equipment needed except 2lb hand weights. Also Jillian has a DVD for abs, one for buns and thighs, one for the front side of the body and one for the back side.0
