What she says is similar to a documentary I watched (can't remember the name of the documentary) but it followed a few people in the United States who had lost weight and kept it off for over a year (I think, may have been longer than a year). I specifically remember 2 women and how they had to ALWAYS watch what they ate,…

Wow, thanks everyone! Great tips! I use shirataki noodles or spaghetti squash instead of regular spaghetti noodles. I drink warm broth before I go out to eat so that I am knda full before I get to restaurant. Drink water, water, water!

Spitutein Vanilla and Strawberry areyummy but high in sugar. I just tried Natural Grocers Vanilla with Green superfood blend and it is yummy, no weird texture and low sugar. I make mine with Almond Milk ......either Vanilla Unsweetened or Original.

Hi, I am a 41 year old mom of 2. I originally lost all my weight a couple of years ago through MFP and exercise but have slowly had the weight creep back up. Back on track again. I am finding the weight is not coming off as fast as it used to:/ Would love to have mom friends for the journey. Add me or I will add you:)

In my late 30's!! :/ Before that I used to drop 10-12 lbs very quickly by watching calories and just a little exercise. Now, I have to watch EVERY bite carefully and exercise TWICE as much to lose. Have to keep reminding myself that slow and steady wins the race!
