I have a question, my sportline s7 heart rate + calorie monitor said I burned 1,395 calories in 3 hours 25 minutes of cleaning, light moderate effort, but mfp says i burned 717, I'm not sure which one to believe, PLEASE HELP!!!!

    In 3 and a 1/2 minutes?????? Neither.

    I generally go with my HRM but sometimes when the differences are large I will average I would rather underestimate calories burned. I find as a 64 male who is now 208 pounds I burn near 300 cals an hour on HRM for some mowing cleaning etc where I am near 550 an hour for jogging
