Heyy thought about sharing my transformation journey from 2011 - 2014 ...i lost 40 pounds in 2011-2012 took me 8 months of dieting and lifting/running ..then from 2012 -2014 i maintained for while then bulked for like 10-11 month gained about 12-15 pounds of muscle according to body composition scales ..maybe i gained less or more dunno , satisfied anyways lol ..then started cutting again this year ..there u go
2011 Fattest 90 kg
Early 2012 Leanest 70 kg
End of 2012- 2014 clean& dirty ( yeah lol ) bulking 10/15pounds muscle gained , fat about 7 / 8 % gained not good but yeah
2014 now - Cutting
alot of things happened during my transformation mentally , physically , emotionally.. good &bad( dark lol ) days .. all i can say is it wasn't easy ..there were days that i felt like im never gonna reach my goals felt like giving up alot ..but i always killed my ego and went to the gym and worked my *kitten* out ..i just never gave up
thanks & cheers

WOW!!!! You have done such a great job both with getting in shape and the bulking! You seem like a naturally slim guy, so to bulk up like that must have taken some serious work! You should be so proud of yourself. Those are some serious fitness transformations. What is that a ten pack? Is that possible? Anyways, great job. You are looking fantastic!0

This is my fave picture
But maybe just because we get to see your lovely smile.
I will say
1) You look much better after bulking muscle then at leanest.
2) On you personally, I prefer hair to no hair. Just my preference. *whistles*
Congratulations on the awesome progress.0 -
